Michael Heller received his medical degree from The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs Arthur Heller (Terry Sovel). He is the grandson of the late Harry Sovel and Vera Sovel Flaxman, great grandson of the late Solomon and Manya (Chazanoff) Sovel and the late Eli and Minerva (Lipschutz) Fine. Mike's ancestors are from the Chaiken, Chazanov, Fine, Geffen and Zavelsky families.
